4 hours of rental which includes set up, event, and tear down

Monday - Thursday Evenings: $300

Friday or Saturday (Day, until 4): $350

Friday or Saturday Evening: $500

Sunday Day/Evening: $350

Additional Hours: $75/hour

Cleanup Fee: $80

50% deposit due at the time of booking

The space has a powder bath and a full kitchen, including a built-in refrigerator, oven, microwave, sink, and dishwasher.

Rentals are not included and must be secured from a third party.
